One-of-a-kind Sculptural Piece
Born from fire and earth, this sculptural piece is a celebration of imperfection — raw, honest, and quietly powerful. Woodfired and glazed using only the natural ash and flame within the kiln, the surface tells a story all its own. Rich, organic tones and textures emerge unpredictably, making each piece entirely unique and never to be recreated.
This form was originally intended as a lamp base, but due to natural clay shrinkage during firing, it wasn’t able to be completed for that use. As a result, there is a small hole at the base — a beautiful reminder of process and transformation. It is sold as is, standing strong as a sculptural object in its own right.
